The Gate ASTER II Bluetooth® processor unit ensures safe switching, protects internal components, improves trigger response, and extends battery life. It also increases the rifle's rate of fire and allows safe use of Li-Pol batteries 7.4V and 11.1V. The battery connector is T-Dean with output into the buffer tube.
Key features of the ASTER II unit:
- Trigger sensitivity adjustment – 5 optical sensors allow you to set the trigger as sensitive as you want.
- Adjustable burst mode – from 2 to 10 shots, with an interval between shots of just 4ms.
- Configurable fire selector – SAFE - SEMI/BURST - BURST/AUTO and more.
- Pre-cocking – preloads the piston immediately after firing for better trigger response in Semi mode.
- Rate of Fire control – limits the RoF to prevent excessive wear.
- DMR mode – adjustable delay between semi-auto shots.
- Smart trigger – ideal in combination with RoF reduction, with the first shot firing at full speed and the rest limited based on user settings.
- Battery protection and low voltage warning – ASTER automatically detects battery cells and stops firing when voltage drops to a critical level.
- Smart fuse – protects the motor and system from overheating and overloading.
- Active brake – reduces motor wear by gradually braking instead of an immediate stop.
